self employed and part time employed

My husband is self employed for half of his week and part time employed for the rest. will this make a difference to getting an IVA

No - he just needs to properly declare both sets of income.

Hi Ann5,

Your husbands employment structure should not affect him proposing an IVA. He will just need to provide payslips for his PAYE work and Trading Accounts & a Future trading projection for his Self-Employed work.
