It was just over £17000 but the IVA agreement of £220 per month means i will be paying back £13200. If I come out of the IVA agreement and take up a payment plan do think I would be able to get a student loan? Jo x

I cant remembering paying any money to the companies i owed money to whilst my IVA was being processed. As for your husbands job he has nothing to worry about, no one finds out about the IVA unless you decide to tell anyone and to be honest if they did find out they could not do anything about it. J...

I have got an IVA it started in July 2005 my payment is £220 per month, i was told by someone who is also on an iva that because she cant afford to pay the monthly payment they have written off her debt because she has paid back for 2 years now.
