Thank you for your kind comments. I certainly consider that my IVA was the correct decision. But like everything it very much depends on your situation. To answer a number of questions raised: - Yes my IVA was disclosed as part of the application process and before I sought mortgage advice I knew th...

Fast forward to April 2015, I'd got married, had a child and my F&F offer was accepted in 2013. Now it was time after some hard saving an...

I have been told my IP has until 20th June to issue the AR and variatoin proposal, which is essentially 28days after I have submitted the information, Then another 28 days before the variation meeting. Hope...

I have to say I feel so fortunate for two thing...

Thanks for the response, I have relaxed after initially seeing the form. Tbh, I am not sure how I was expecting it to be dealt with. As my partner went back to work on a reduced salary following maternity, I have drafted our income and expenditure and actually it doesn't make a massive difference to...

Hi all, It's been a little while since I last posted and the end is in sight with my 4th year now done. However, over the last year I have moved in with my partner and we now have a beautiful little girl. My annual review has come through and the template has a space for my partners income. How do w...

Its been a longtime since I have posted on here, but as a quick update I have just been through my 3rd annual review. My IVA was certainly the best thing for me and I wish I had bitten the bullet quite a bit earlier. Mel's team have been great and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Its great to ...

My first annual review is being conducted at the moment and I am starting to feel pretty anxious, it feels like all the stress of the setting up the IVA. My circumstances have changed substantially over the past year, I have been completely honest with my IVA company in submitting my review informat...

Hi micawber, I had real issues with meeting someone face to face to talk about my debt. So intially I wanted to do it over the phone. I personally chose the IVA advice bureau due to the recomendations on here. My IVA was completed over the telephone, but I am sure if I wanted to, I could of have had...
