does anybody know how long the ip has got to get the chairmans report out to the creditors as mine are still awaiting theirs from may the 6th.they are saying they will keep phoning and contacting me by post threatning court action until they receive it.have phoned creditfix and they say there is a b...

how long does it take for all the creditors to receive appropiate notification of an approved iva and will i receive details of the meeting now it has been approved have phoned my ip but she is elsewhere

it sure is. however i have had 5 phone calls since i found out it ws accepted by creditors who are saying they know nothing about iva . are they making this up or what?

the feelings of relief is wonderful, just have to get on with 5 years of making sure everything runs ok.

just had a call from my contact torbin wills who by the way has been excellent in communication from beggining to end and my iva has been accepted,i am so relieved so creditfix have done what they said they would and it has taken 6 weeks from beggining to end.

well its the meeeting today at 10 30 6th of may unless it is adjourned again so i will let you know the outcome later hope its a good one.

what happens if an iva is rejected?

i havnt paid them a penny yet and they told me i would have to make these payments. the meeting is supposed to be tomorrow i will want some answers from them if they say it is adjourned again as i am getting a bit fed up now it is very stressful as creditors are phoning me 10 times a day.
