If i wanted to repay my IVA early... if say my parents were happy to step in and pay it would this be possible? Or would the creditors want 100p in the pound back?

My parents no nothing about ebay but have some stuff to sell.

I said i would help them out but the paypal payments would then go into my account, which i guess would/could be seen as an income when it is not.

Will this create problems for me?

How to we go about creating this legislation? I am happy to write to MP etc... The must be lots of people in IVA's that may need to find new jobs for what ever reasons.

Sorry, still confused. When u enter into an IVA, is the debt over and above what you will pay in the pound writen off? Thus just leaving that person in debt, in theory the amount they have left to pay in the pound. Thus meaning any settlement fees would be the rest of what they have to pay in the po...

When you say pay off in full do you mean, the 9K IVA or the orignal 20K of debt before the IVA.

If i was in an IVA i was woundering if i could still go to the gym.

My company pays for it but i am still taxed on that benifit.

So would end up paying 40 percent of the total bill?!?!
