Hi everyone
I am now in the final year of my iva and my final review is due next month (june). we have just had a little baby boy 6 weeks ago and i am just wanting to know how much allowance i have for a child to look after and support.

Hi Melanie I lived with my parents at the time and they downsized and there was no room for me. What if they wont remove the defaults, as they have to be kept on credit file for 6 years. It just winds me up when i dont know the truth haha

Hi All
Thank you all very much for your fantastic feedback. I think the main thing i wanted to know was how much of my payrise can they take under the rules of a iva. Can they take it all ie the full £200 per month or is it only a percentage.
