I have been totally screwed by the CCCS in doing a dro. I told them one of my debt amounts was £655 the have inputted £90 as soon as I saw trhe mistake I contacted the IP but was told it had already gone through and nothing they can do. Ok but will a DRO affect my career as i know bankruptcy can which is the reason I have not gone down that route.
I know you can't join some professional bodies and such so this will be the main deciding factor not how long it lasts as as long as they are manageable payments thats all I care about
