Will this position exist once the IVA has been set up. Halifax have always been good with us and once the IVA was in place then we would like to continue banking with them so that in 4 years time we are still good standing for the possible remortgage as they will see that a sensible banking approach...

Melanie. I take your point regarding making a move now, but surely I would need to know about the amount of a possible penalty from the HMRC prior to the IVA being accepted, or would this amount be tagged on to the back end after it had been accepted (HOPEFULLY ACCEPTED)..
