i was told by a company that i could get an iva, but after speaking to a few people on here and viki from Vincent Bond, and iva was a no go, only bankruptcy, so the compay which offered the iva to me had to be lieing

i went bankrupt yesterday, i think it was the best thing i have ever done in a sense, when you say the creditors did not contest it, what did you mean by that, can the disagree with the courts then?
