dont tell your IVA Company that!! they will want it, thats a assett you know!!!

did anyone see the news last week, office of fair trading clamping down on whats known as free debt advice, or free get me into a IVA advice as they are now calling it,

some IVA companies are very good, but be aware before making a descion.!

bankruptcy is a legal proceeding and a legal way out of debt, you only have to look at the banks and woolworths, help is required at the right time, options are there for a reason

i realise that, they can be a very good thing if you have assets to protect, thats not the case for me, i just found the new advice i got a lot more beneficial to me. thanks
