I am currently 18months into my IVA and have the opportunity to acquire a 5% shareholding in a company.
It is likely that my IVA will be repaid early due to my income however will this shareholding be taken into account for anything or have any other effect on the IVA?
Thanks

I have completed the first year of my IVA and am struggling to provide income and expenditure details which the IP has requested.
What would happen if I were not to submit this? Would payments continue at the same current rate or would the IVA fail?
