I have made a full and final settlement in leui of equity which is due to be paid accross next week, then my last payment leaves my account 16th april - how soon till my completion certificate and my iva is fully finished????

oh that sounds good Julie, we have really bad luck with cars too, my hubbys car needed work done last week an it cost £280! We had to pay for vehicle recovery too cause we didnt have breakdown cover! Thats why i would like it if i can have it!

Hi, when i first started my IVA, if i got any post etc i informed them i was in an IVA then posted the letters off to the IP, dont worry about it if it was accepted and is listed as one of your creditors within your IVA

Thanks Julie, i never had breakdown cover included before and have not purchased it yet, im just worried they wont agree to it , it would be about £120.00 for the year for both cars.
