Apparently my ex husband has received a letter too. Will they do one review for both of us then or do they ever review twice? My husband and I took the IVAs at the same time but he has taken breaks due to moving out. Many thanks

Hi all, I have received a letter from payplan regarding equity review. I have had the house valued at 95,000 but we owe NRAM 97,545. On checking the IVA agreement they are interested in 85% so therefore we are in a position where the IVA will end, am I right? My concern is my husband and I are now s...

Hi Everyone, I have been on here before and found it so helpful - I now have another dilemma and this may be long winded. My husband and I took out an IVA which started June 2009 and it is due to end July 2015 - it was pushed to 6 years instead of 5 as one of the creditors pushed for this. My husban...

Hi my husband and I are currently under an IVA which started June 2009 and we had a mortgaged property between us. My husband left June this year and although we have been paying the IVA since he has left, he is now off sick from work. If he fails to pay his part of the IVA and he goes bankrupt will...

Hi everyone, IVA was going ok but my husband has just quit his job. He appears to be having a breakdown. Unfortunately this has rendered us with no money to live on. I have cancelled the standing orders today for the IVA, what will happen to us now? I have tried contacting the IVA but they are close...

Hi all, my husband and I entered into our IVA in June 2009 (so far so good). My daughter needs to open an account just to save for herself, she is 14. We applied for a Coop account but they have declined the application. Is there any bank out there that would allow my daughter a basic account? Thanks

Hi everyone, just to let you know I had my IVA approved on the 3rd June 2009. The term will be for 6 years because Northern Rock decided they wanted 12 months extra payments. Anyway, I just have a couple of questions, my mortgage fixed rate is due to end in 2012 what will happen then due to the fact...

Hi, maybe I am being impatient but I cannot get Payplan to answer my emails or return my calls. I sent my paperwork for an IVA on the 8th April and I have sent out the letters to the creditors asking them to accept a reduced payment. Some of my creditors have written back and they have said that we ...

Thanks. They have asked us to make a token payment based on what we can afford. I have worked out the figure from what we have left per month then used the formulae given, I am not sure why we have to make this payment I thought the whole idea of an IVA was for them to come up with a proposal to the...

Hi, I am just filling in forms and digging out information for our IVA and Payplan have sent me an RX1 form in relation to our property. I don't like the look of this as it is an application to enter into a restriction, what does this mean? Is there any possibility I can be forced to sell my house a...
