I got my last pay rise in April but will receive it at the end of July with back pay. We need to give the house a lick of paint in line with our tenancy agreement especially as we're looking to move next year to a bigger house so we can start a family. What are the chances of being able to keep my b...

I'm with Payplan and have noticed too that the rules seemed to have changed and now they're more strict. My annual review should be towards the end of this month, i'm expecting a phone call in the next two weeks to arrange it, although I did a new i&e a couple of months ago following a pay slip revi...

Thats the worst past about it, I asked when the rules changed and was made to feel like i'd been deceiving them all along! Plus my case officer too has changed, every quarter I seem to have a new one!

I've kind of been expecting an increase in payments all along but have avoided it so far. My case officer has said to fill in a new budget sheet so at least i have a chance to input my increases in bills. It does make the annual review a little pointless though don't you think?

I had a letter from payplan on Saturday asking for an additional £212 following my payslip review, i only pay £100 a month so was quite shocked!! I did receive a pay rise this year and it was back dated from April, i also received a bonus. In the past i've only had to pay across 50% of my bonus, so ...

I'm on it but my address is wrong and i've never lived anywhere near where it says. In a way i'm glad that other debt companies aren't hassling me with "offers" but at the same time i don't like the idea of post with my name on going to someone else!

I'm also public sector, had to send my IP a pension statement when my IVA was agreed and can't pay more than the mandatory into my pension plan. I'm assuming that if we have to increase our contributions according to government plans then this still counts as the mandatory minimum amount and therefo...

I'm worried now i have read this about Santander! I opened my account with alliance and leicester before my IVA,none of my debts were with santander or abbey etc but does this mean they might not issue me a new card when the one i've got expires?!

Payplan were really good to me when i kept getting threatening letters from Egg, i only had a £100 debt with them and they voted against my IVA. I received a letter saying they were going to send someone to my house so i told Payplan, my case officer asked for the contact number on the letter and th...
