have income of £2200 per mounth..out goingds of £1839.tax man now wants 320per month.so og will be £2159l leaving £41 for £14,000 worth of debt.tax payments are only for 4 months.br or try and negoiate.is it worth all the stress?any advise much appreciated

i live in slough. the mortgage payments were minimal but i paid the gas/elect/water/life insurance.child care/iva payments/iva fees/ his car payments/house insuranc etc etc.

hi melanie trustee for my estranged husband br statesthat occassional mortgage payment and a contribution to the general household bills is not sufficenrt to have a beneficial intrest in the property.he then states something called occupational rent.he estimtes rental income would have been £84,000....

hi andrea we got a forced told the estate agent what it was for and he was quite happy with that.you can always offer more if you have to but you cant make a lower offer if you are going to struggle.start low and increase your offer as and when it is necessary.what they dont know about they wont try...
