Hello All I completed my IVA in June 2009 I am now being chased by Capital One as they are saying the debt collector that excepted the full and final offer last year were not paid in time by Payplan and I now have to pay the balance. Thank you that makes sense.
It was the only account I was worried about as just after I settled the IVA I started getting debt collector letters in relation to that account.
I forwarded these on to Payplan and they have now stopped.

Thank you I have called capital and I am on my 5th number as they keep telling me wong department..It shows as default 8 on my report which is the worst status from what I can see.
No one at Capital seem to have any clue on what I need to do.
