Oops sorry forgot to mention I dont have any equity, Payplan said they can advise me what to offer I just have to send a letter with a figure and they will get the ball rolling x

Thank you to both of you for getting back to me, I have sent my letter and dad's letter off today, Dad is able to lend me £3800.00 and I said I am able to pay the next three months payments (i will have to start looking for somewhere to live in July) so all together I have offered 4442.00 so hopeful...

Thanks for all your advice, i have been paying my IVA payments fine and i did mention my pension when i was applying for an IVA so it should all be fine, i'll just ring and double check though.

I have been in a private pension for about 4 years now and been in an IVA since April this year, I told my IP that i pay 5% into my Pension and work pay 6% into it, She didnt say i had to cancel it or freeze it but to be honest she didnt really say anything about it, I'm just abit concerned about it...

I was told that once the IVA is complete then it will remain on my file for a further year (6 in total) then after that i would be fine to get mortgage/other credit!! I wouldnt like to say for definate but i would say they would get their chance to vote and be included in the IVA, Would their vote make a difference?? did all your other creditors vote yes?
