Ok just want to share my success story, I've a mortgage now with nationwide. 15 months after my IVA completion day I've got a 3.19% tracker on a 70% LTV bankruptcy searches carried out and came back with no entry's, All questions answered honestly about my circumstances I think I got extremely lucky...

Hi, thanks for that link.ive just done the land registry search to make sure it was registered and it is.
So looks like its just a basic k16 bankruptcy search. Will keep you all posted as to what happens.

Yeah, I think I will order it. It's £4 but left my wallet in the car. The k15 form does say this APPLICATION FOR AN OFFICIAL SEARCH NOT APPLICABLE TO REGISTERED LAND So if that's the case It should be alright. Yeah she specifically said "have you ever been made bankrupt" I came off the insolvency register last year, about 13 months now so I am no longer on there but what I'm thinking is, will the solicistor go back say 6 / 10 years?
