If you are saying you only have £150 disposable income after your bills etc i would think it is highly unlikely you will be made to add extra funds to the BR and you could be discharged within 6 months and have a fresh start, you are allowed more vs an iva in allowances and living costs you need adv...

yes i understand and agree but they are not lowering his payments and he is £200 down a month so what options does he have as for me i have taken advise and will be going BR anyway if the settlement isnt accepted

all cases are different credit so you cant say that i have seen some as low as 10p and got accepted
