Sorry guys didnt mean to have a go, but lenders have received many letters from me and still dont do what they should correctly on Credit Reports.

But with best will in the world Melanie, If the person(s) under the tag MORE TO LIFE have done this then for me that is a precedent that I will follow. I am also at the moment still fighting to get defaults lifted on my credit report. IT IS 2 YEARS since my full and final so dont anyone come on hear...

All show as SETTLED but some still have the STATUS as DEFAULT. Is this wrong and should I get in touch with these lenders asap?

I should add that I run a Company that reclaims PPI. Even when a client has paid off a loan or card that has no balance then they can still receive the settlement back to them.

I agree I would be being cheeky, but two wrongs dont make a right. I admitted my error and entered an IVA. The lenders should also admit errors?

It is now 14 months since I completed my IVA and STILL cant get credit anywhere. Can someone suggest a credit card that could offer me a low limit that I could repay each month and also any ideas on phone contracts.

Having successfully completed an IVA, I must say live for today and spend spend spend. Keep schtum to the IP and whatever will be will be!
