Hi Locko
In order for me to look into this for you and go through all of the expenditure guidelines with you, I would need you to call the office and request to speak to myself.
I will then review your case fully for you and see what we can do to get you through the IVA comfortably.

When you ring the office, as it will be a different department, ask to speak to Kazz in Client Support and they should transfer you to me straight away.
I am keen to resolve this problem like I resolved plynch2002.
Thank you

If so or not, or you would like to have a chat with myself about this to resolve the situation, please call the office and request...

Congratulations with the baby news. You need to speak to your IP with regards to what solutions they have for you, perhaps a payment break whilst your wife is on maternity leave. Ideally, give them a call and have a chat with them and let them know your fears. They should be able to advise you the b...

Hi
Unfortunately the creditors request a full household income and expenditure for all clients looking at an IVA.
This is just to ensure that any one person isnt paying more than their share of the household bills.
It doesnt mean that you are part of the IVA too.

Hi, the above posts are correct. The creditors request a full household income and expenditure for an IVA, this is just to ensure that one member of the house isnt contributing more than their fair share to the bills. It wont involve you into the IVA, just to clarify the expenditures put in the prop...

If you inform your IP now, it will meam that all of the paperwork needs to be completed again. However, if your meeting hasnt been approved or set as yet, this would only mean changing the income and expenditure and also the payment plan. This shouldnt take too long, if the date has been set, it may...

Sorry to hear about your flat mate moving out, it is obviously causing you some distress.
As everybodys IVAs are different, I would be grateful (as I work for Payplan) for you to call the office and request to speak to myself so that your situation can be discussed in more detail.
