Well done! I'm nearly threee months in and its flying by. Think I have finally got everyone to realsie I'm in an IVA now and thanksfully, the calls and letters have stopped!

Mine was accepted yesterday, have just found out! Virgin and NR who rejected last time didn't even vote!

IP has been on the phone today and advised NR have said I could pay this back over 10-12years! She has said to them that this is inpractical as I would have to get other creditirs to agree. She asked if I would consider extending period of IVA to 6 years therefore increasing payment to 57p in £ as o...

IP has been on the phone today, she is going to contact Northern Rock to find out why and is going to chase people that didn't vote. She said she will be in touch Wednesday. Am just gonna have some fun this weekend and try and put it out of my mind. She seems to think I'll be lucky second time around!

Total debt is 36000 and offering 45p in the pound. Am using Clear Start, they said they will get back in touch next week and not to worry, but easier said than done!

I don't even know who KPMG are! Apparently IP is saying they will look into representing and reasons why it failed but won't really know much till next week. Capital One have sent a default notice, now I don't know what to do!

Rejected - Nortern Rock and KPMG voted no. So upset, at work and wanna cry!

I only started the process 3 weeks ago and was paying right up until then, things have happened quickly!!!

My creditors meeting is this afternoon, am petrified!!!!

If my IVA is approved on Wednesday, will I have to make a payment straight away? I don't get paid till the end of March
