Thank you for your reply. I started the iva back in 2007 so it's been 7 years so far. Hopefully it will come off soon.

Hi, I've just checked the insolvency register and my name is no longer on there (this has only happened in the last week or so). I'm just wondering, does your name coming off that usually coincide with the iva coming off credit reports? Also, when are the credit reports updated? I checked mine a few...

I have just checked with equifax and everything on there is down as either up to date or settled which is great but under "date satisfied" for the iva, it's blank. At least i know the other things are up to date.

Hi, I have a question about certificate of completion. My iva was started in April 2007 with my ex partner. After we separated my ex carried on making monthly payments as I was in no position to pay anything. It would have been completed in 2012 - i didn't receive a certificate of completion and I h...

Thank you. My experience of GT has been great. I've found them very helpful. It's just this new dilemma that has me a little stuck.

To be honest we're not on particularly good speaking terms still (I'm usually answered with a grunt but that's better than being shouted at). I said that I don't want it to fail now and what's the best thing to do and was told it was my decision and to think about it. If I could pay the rest that wo...

I cannot be without my car either. I have 5 children and they need taking to school which is 3 miles away. Due to their ages, they're in at different times too so some days I end up doing 5 school runs if the older one has after school club.

Hi Kallis, it's been a long time - how are you? I'll just send the I&E form back with a covering note. Hopefully that will be enough. Do you think they'll be accepting of my expenditure going up due to having the baby and obviously the costs they incur? Also since he was around 4 months he's needed ...

I'm assuming they would send him his own one to complete. I think they did that for the last review. The only thing that has changed for me is last review I was pregnant and since it I had the baby. Any idea if I will have to prove I've had another baby? I informed them I was pregnant at the last re...
