I was today called by an organisation called IVA Consummers Action Group.Who stated that they have been set up by the Gov to advise those in an IVA if they had been given the correct advise. ie. As from 1st May my income has increased. I informed my IVA firm of the total amount of increase thinking that my IVA contributions would be increased. Can you tell me what is ment by a pension approved by the Inland Revenue.
I have pensions from Gov run establishments. Soon to receive a state pension.

If you are lucky enough to have a wndfall of say £10,000 ( not that I have )and it is paid into the IVA. Does this payment count towards the total IVA arrangement figure or does it count towards the total debt that you owe your creditors.
