I take it that will mean 50% of my state pension.

When I receive my state pension will I have to put some or all into my IVA

Can you tell me what is ment by a pension approved by the Inland Revenue.
I have pensions from Gov run establishments. Soon to receive a state pension.

Am I correct in assuming that 50% of the State Pension will be used.

During my IVA I will receive my state pension.
Will I have to give up the pension towards the IVA.

If you are lucky enough to have a wndfall of say £10,000 ( not that I have )and it is paid into the IVA. Does this payment count towards the total IVA arrangement figure or does it count towards the total debt that you owe your creditors.
