I have been in a IVA since last July. Would a job with a higher salary mean I could pay off my IVA much quicker ?

I have just finished paying my IVA, however when the last payment was taken, they stated that I have excess charges. I would appreciate knowing what these could be.

I have been in an IVA for 5 years and became guarantor for my partners debt. I have received a letter advising that I am liable for the debt if he does not pay. A meeting is to be arranged with the creditors, but I would appreciate nformation regarding avoiding his debt- which he can pay off.

I have a number of creditors and make a monthly payment of £150 and out of that they take out their management charges of £43.03 and the balance is split between 6 creditors.
I have a debt of approx. £25,000 and would like some advice on how I can get rid of that debt.

if you sell your house 3 yrs into iva do they take the full amount from sale of house or take 3 yrs worth of payments into consideration as well
