Well, today was the day and.... My offer of my PP Insurace refund as a Full and Final was accepted. [:D] Thanks to everyone on here who helped with my questions and thanks to DFD and my IP for putting the offer forward instead of taking the PPI money as a windfall. Things are looking up. [8D]

Just got home from work and found a letter from Alliance & Leicester on the mat. "Notice of Sums in Arrears" The letter waffles on about how much i'm behind with my payments and to contact them ASAP to discuss the status of the account. I guess they are just trying to get me to pay them something......

Yeah only the one vote and it was a yes.
I have a F&F offer on the table now and was just wondering if this one and only creditor does vote and says no, is that it rejected or are non votes classed as accepting the offer or not included either way?
Can previously non voters now vote or not?

...when you have a proposal or whatever where the creditors need to vote to accept (or not) what happens with non voting creditors.
