So if you receive a windfall of £501 you hand it all over but if the windfall were £499 you keep it? is this correct or am I missing something here?

I asked the same question of Payplan & was also told that they would take no backpay, I do all my correspondence by e-mail so have this in writing.

Sounds about right Pelder but this brings me onto another question! I have looked at my proposal & Chairman's report & neither gives any information on either bonuses or windfalls which I do find strange, I do & am happy to is pay over half of everything extra I earn but this is a bit different. Am ...

Dangerous to assume that when you have no idea of how his income works, he maybe paying it out of his share of monthly bonuses, there is no credit agreement in place & therefore may as well be regardrd as a gift, if he chooses to pay them money back out of his disposable then what is wrong with that?

It seems to me that sometimes you can declare too much information, supposing GDB88 had said that a family member had bought him the car then where would the problem be? given that he is paying his family back without disrupting the IVA makes the situation more ludicrous in my opinion.

Hi Mark, no problem moving your payment as long as the payment goes out in the same month, quite easy to do if you have SO but if it is DD then your IP will have to do it from their end. F&F I guess need to be as close to the final dividend as possible but it may be possible to offer a little less g...
