Experian and noodle excellent in being very prompt (providing default dates are correct) in removing old delaults etc, equifax on the other hand are very poor, just be prepared to wait a month or so for them to remove defaults, im still waiting for 2 of mine to be removed.

It is espically as I made sure all the default dates etc were all correct last year. I have made a formal complaint and followed the procedure to get the last remaining defauls removed for good but can take 28 days.

Exactly Foggy, Ive a Vanquis cc and pay the balance off in FULL every month. I must admit I'm very impressed with Vanquis I've had no problems at all and their are a great way to build up my credit history, had 2 credit limit increases in less than a year it all shows well with the credit ref agencies

Yes I did it on-line today, BUT as a precaution ive decided to cancel my subscription with callcredit, Equifax and Experian are so much more professional. Do I really need to check my credit report with Callcredit?? if so I think its wise doing it the old fashioned way.

Congrats from me also Sam, yes this is an excellent site certainly helped me through my iva and prob many others, I still visit from time to time to say "hi" to the regs.

Well said LuLu I totally agree with you, an IVA is a learning curve I am also glad I went through it, it taught me a hugh lesson never to get into debt again.
