i completed my iva in june and received my certificate of completion last month and my details have come off the insolvency register today, so thats it,the finish line [;)]

my iva finished over 4 months ago and i have my certificate of completion, my details are still on the insolvency register, is it a bit soon yet before my details are removed from the register or should i contact my iva firm to make sure they have sent all the details to them

i received my certificate of completion this morning so thats it, its all over after 5 years, id like to 'say' thanks to Declan and DFD for the support and good advise ive received during my iva, think il celebrate it all with a drink later on lol

same here lol, even then your name could be on the insolvency register for another 3 months after receiving your certificate like another poster explained in this forum, at least we will all be debt free though [:D]

yes, my case is straight forward, il give it another 5 weeks then that takes it to 3 months and il give them another ring, i think helen who's also on this forum is in the same position as me

phoned DFD today and they said it can take up to 6 months to receive my certificate of completion[:0], is this right

my last payment to my iva was june[5 year iva]how long does it take before they send you your certificate of completion, i was with debt free direct and have to 'say' they have been very good during the past 5 years, i still can't beleive its all over and im debt free at last, thanks dfd
