well done on completion! only 48 months left for me! i changed networks whilst on an iva and o2 wouldnt accept me due to my credit rating but T-Mobile did and i havent had any problems with them (£20.00pm - 600mins + unlimited texts) just a thought.......

hi all
i am just coming up to my first review and have submitted an I+E. i forgot to add in my IVA payment as an expenditure - should i have included it or left it off - if i have added it in, my disposable income becomes a minus!

hi - i kept the IP upto date and they agreed to my name being removed from the property - it was in negative equity so there was no money due to me and it was transferred into my ex's name.

i suppose i am naive as i thought you could just apply to go bankcrupt at any point, i didnt realise i would have to default on the IVA...........
