I have 1 small problem. I work for a company who has just experienced a rather large fire. And it is currently taking them for them to process things. So 2 weeks may not be enough. of Which I have lost 2 days due to getting the letter on Saturday. Just disapointed that after 4 years of faultless con...

Tenon Group. The problem has been they have moved the goal posts. If when we signed up quarter reviews where asked for then fine. As I said I have nothing to hide. Just getting dishearted with this company. I have just drafted an email to my IP stating my discontent with how we are getting spoken to...

A few questions for you lot. I have just had a creditors meeting (6weeks ago). So I sent my income expenditure, wage slips and bank statements in. I have come down stairs this morning to find a letter asking for more wage slips and bankstatments. So I phoned them to ask why. They said that they now ...

Thanks for the reply people. Found out the reason for rejection from Northern Rock (one of main creditors). They want me to lower my current TV package and I was advised for medical reasons to start exercising. I chose to return to golf as I was good when I had to stop. So I tried to add this to my ...

I have been paying my IVA for 2 years now with no problems. But my car is now un repairable. Its going to cost £800 to repair a £200 car. I told my practisioner this and they prepared new I+E forms adding in car hp. As an offset for this I offered a 12months extension to the IVA. it reduced the mone...

Im new to the site. I have had my IVA for 30 months now. Ever since I took out the IVA I have been down grading cars to keep me on the road. I have now ended up in a banger. Its going to cost me more to keep the car on the road than the car is worth. The estimated repair bill to pass an MOT is £800....
