We got that letter too. EIC and GT are utterly useless. There is no communication between them or to me about the PPI. I have absolutely no idea if I have any due as they don't actually bother telling me anything.

The bane of my life!! EIC ring at least daily and send letter after letter.
I signed the waiver 18 months ago and it is still rambling on. I honestly wish I had never bothered as I am getting as much hassle from them as from the creditors before signing up to the IVA!!

The standard wait is at least 4 weeks for an email. I send my paycheck in every month to calculate any overtime and im usually into the next month by the time i get a reply. Sorry i didnt explain that very well. Its a 60 month ivs with an extra 12 months if no equity can be released from the property. So 72 months in total. Thanks for the advice. Its a quandary for me. Melanie, my IVA is 6 years plus additional year as no equity in property. I will go back to GT yet again and see if I can get any assistance from them.
