the other thing needed to ask was me and my husband are getting divorced,we have a joint iva,plus a mortgage,which he wont pay no more so will probably,well will get repossesed,would it be possible for me to go bankcrupt on my own even tho these are joint,how would it work thanks

hi can i ask if we decide to go bankcrupt,would my husband lose his pension,he is 47 now,we have been told no,also it is protected,by the h mrevenue and customs,the only clause i am told in it is that they can only take if they get a court order,thanks

also may someone answer this if i sell my house due to relationship breakdown besides what we still owe in the iva which is two years what will they take out of equity even tho there wont be much would we get anything to start again as will have nothing

been in iva for 4 years now was extended for 1 year recently me and my husband split up and need to put house on the market as i cant afford on my earnings i know i have to ask permission to sell, can they refuse this or not

hi not been on for a while just reading some of the forums and would like to ask paying your mortgage first is the right thing today but like you say if you miss 3 payments your iva can fail well if that happens you will end up losing your house to wont you because your iva will have failed

would just like to ask after reading a forum about paying mortgage first if this is the case and you paid the mortgage and then missed the iva payments then after 3 it would fail well if it did fail you would end up losing your house wouldnt you thanks

so if it fails and you can go to a dept management company what do they do and how much will you pay monthly the same as the iva or less ? and what about the creditors?
