-15 currently, but it doesn't feel too bad if you dress like an eskimo!
Is your e-mail address on the report Melanie? I'll dig it out in the morning. I can't e-mail you via this forum as it says it's been discontinued due to spamming. I'll also give Laura a call tomorrow.

Thanks and regards

Happy New Year Melanie
Just wondering what is the best way to contact you? Obviously don't want to post case details here, but have called your office and told need to speak with Ireland office now. Just wanted to check that that is in order.

cheers!

yes, I believe so. If it's ok for me to recommend another forum, try out britishexpats.com you'll find a great wiki, which has everything you need to know about moving to Canada, and industry experts will visit the forum and answer questions too, much like Melanie does on here. That forum, along wit...

canuck with respect to your emigration question, bankruptcy does not affect your ability to move to Canada (unless you move on a business class visa or skilled worker visa with no arranged employment, in which case you have to supply a financial statement to prove that you can support yourself). (it...

Hi, just had my IVA approved, thanks to Melanie and team.
I'm just curious, it seems common for creditors, even those who have a large stake, not to vote at all.
Why is this? Is it that they would vote yes, but just can't be bothered?

hehe it would seem so!

yes to all those questions! going to outskirts of Toronto, and organised a job a few months ago. It's the only way to get in really, as a standard visa, without a pre-arranged job has approx 4 years wait!

nopot, just another mutual support message. I'm a similar age to you, have an identical family make up, and not dissimilar debts. If my first experiences with Melanie's team are anything to go by, you have done the right thing. I'm just setting off down hopefully the IVA road, and after my first tel...

Hi Melanie just a quick question please. I have spoken to the car HP company today, pending my case with you, and explained my situation. The lady asked if I realised "that they could not be included in an IVA proposal as it was Hire Purchase". She also said that they would send me a voluntary surre...
