Hi All, I have just got a copy of my recent credit file and have noticed that I have 5 entries for MAX Recovery (2 are settled), three of them are for the same amount... one of the three are status "Satisfied" and the other two are still open (unsatisfied). I completed my IVA just under two yeers ago, how long will the IVA entry stay on my credit file? The IVA was for 4 year period which I completed and all creditors where happy.
I have read on here that it stays on your credit file for 6 years from when the IVA started.
