Hello Well I have had my certificate of completion on the 2nd of November. MY IVA has been over after 6 years. I signed up to a service to protect my credit and have 24 hr access to my credit report. As such I noticed that 7 of the debts on there recorded as having defaults were creditors on my IVA....

Sorry for the delay in replying. No - they actually told me that they were unable to give me a time frame. My IVA still remains open despite making all my payments. I had no idea that Payplan could allow this to happen. I am finding the whole thing very frustrating.

No it is not right. So we are being punished for trying to deal with our debts?? So is this the catch for the debt being partly written off? The drawback for bancrupcy is no limited company - but that could not have stopped me from being a sole trader surely!! I have to fight this!
