Hmm - I did get such an envelope - and I completed my IVA back in 2013 and got my certificate in 2014... Hi All - I've had a really unsettling experience today with Aperture (used to be GT) I was 'forced' into allowing them to get SHL to go after PPI in my name - and now the chickens are coming home to roost...... to the tune of over £12k... so far I've only seen £641 of it.. I phoned them today as Llo...

It scares me how many people on here are affected by the GT acquisition of the MD&C business...... this treatment is wholly unfair and very stressful. I am only one of many that have made all payments in full and on time, and will still be in limbo, unable to move my life forward because they will n...

Just wanted to say that as of today, I only have 4 more payments out of my bank account! (last one 1st July). It's been hard at times, but I've never missed a payment, never varied the amount, despite the I&E not really balancing at times!, and have still had a life :-) Some of you guys on here have...

I opened a basic bank account with NatWest as soon as my IVA was accepted.... great service, card, direct debits and online banking (which is in real-time, so you know exactly how much money you have!) I was up front with them in the branch and they were more than helpful.

And, I also found out today from another agency I'm dealing with that they have refused any further business from them too! I have had such a...

Hi Ray - have they offered you consultation yet? I was under the impression that a miniumum of 30 days should be adhered to. Its what I got - and even through that process I had the right of appeal as I was the only one being made redundant - and not through outsourcing (though I've been through tha...
