My husband and I completed our IVA full and final in December 2011. We are still awaiting our completion certificate 8months on. I have contacted them on several occasions but their response is as always inadequate and they always seem to try to avoid giving a straight answer to a straight question....

My husband has received a cheque from his previous employer for a refund of pension contributions as he is no longer in their pension scheme. Could anyone please tell me if this is classed as a windfall in an IVA?

Hi. Myself and my husband are lookng to open a basic bank account but are having problems finding a one that is somehow not connected to our creditors. Does anyone know which banks are in the nationwide or yorkshire bank group as I am thinking of applying to one of them.
