Lily, well said, I have read through a few of her threads, we know nothing about her debts or problems etc, she just seems to judge and dictate this forum dosn't need people like that.

That dosn't sound right to me either, I thought If you were declared BR then you couldn't enter in to an IVA, the experts will be along shortly.

We have only ever paid over 12 months since council tax came out, we were offered the chance to pay it over 6,10 or 12 months they also gave us a choice of payment dates, I must say they are quite flexible at our ct office.
