The "4u" company does use UK regulated investment companies & the fact that my funds are currently in a number of deferred UK pensions with eg Std Life & the PRU does mean that any transfers will have to be made under FSA / HM Treasury rules? I am about to be discharge...

Hi,

Just wondering if Melanie & her team are any clearer as to NR's "overall strategy" as regards Trust deeds in light of glen1971's experience?

regards

Glen, As a fellow Scottish resident (Scot)& NR creditor, I have been watching your PSTD application with interest. I am gutted for you & your wife following the latest NR voting. (A wee dram to toast you both & curse the NR) Hopefully, Melanie can turn this around and make NR see the light. Best of ...

If this is secured, should I refinance the car loan in order to reduce outgoings & increase the amount available for a Trust Deed? thanks for a...

Skippy13, I had 3 episodes of labyrinthitis around 10 years ago. The episodes were about a year apart and lasted only minutes, but the experience affected me for much longer than this. The first episode saw me waking up in bed in the morning with the room spinning above me & a feeling of nausea. Thi...
