Sponge,Thanks for the advice but my IP has stated that they will fail my IVA if i dont follow this procedure,even though i have finished it & paid the 72 months & had my final review done & dusted.

Foggy,im not sure what you mean by ignore the first part of my last post.Yes we were originally in for 60 months,but because we could not release equity the creditors agreed to 12 moths extension in lieu of equity.We have now finished paying for 72 months.So am i reading it right that creditors must...

GilliB,yes we have just completed 72 mths,the additional 12 months was agreed by creditors as 12 mths lieu of equity as obviously we could not remortgage after 60 mths.
