Still no news,I owed £72,000 orginally but the IVA was orignally accepted at giving a return of 21p but having the option to cash in a pension has given me the opportunity to offer 25p & conclude the IVA in 14 months.

Hi all

My variation meeting for a F&F was today at 10.15,am still waiting the verdict !!!!!
Do I see it as no news is good news or worry that is taking so long.
I had an e-mail from DFD about an hour ago saying that they were still awaiting the verdict.
I am in bits.

Hi all I have today received a letter from a company called Weightmans who are acting for Arrow Global telling me I must make payment arrangements with them by the 12th Jan or they will take me to court. They were by far my largest credtitors but i have just completed my first 12 months into an IVA....
