I completed my IVA in 2012 then the dreaded forced PPI letters came. I never wanted any PPI I was relieved it was all over but it's not :( There's something I don't understand. All of my creditors come under the same financial institution but are 3 separate brands so to speak so why are they robbing...

I'm on there... still says debt matters though. thanks for that I'll tell 'em next time the give me my daily 8pm harassment call... ;)
