We have paid our Iva with a few payment over a year ago PPI from Bar clay card have informed us they have paid it to Grant Thornton even though we sent them our completion cert can they do this

We paid our IVA off with a F&F payment last October,after alot of e-mails we have finally been told that the paper work is on the way to us and all our creditors have been informed. We need to take out a small loan for home improvements, how long before our credit will be ok to do this ? Thanks

We made a full and final payment in Oct last year and I still haven't received a completion certificate, GT have told me they are still waiting on three creditors replying, is this normal practice
