So I've spoken to them this morning, seems like the only vote that's come through at this point is zopa(yes) which uses the same representative as Aqua marbles and up to the guy I spoke to that most certainly means that aqua won't be voting. Zopa is my smallest creditor (£150) and the guy said if no...

It will all depend on the creditors who vote on the day. Do any of your other creditors hold 75% of the debt? If updraft does not vote then natwest will hold 75.40% of the vote apparently. Other debts are small compared to the loans. Got 1k with Amex, 1.5k with Aqua, 700 with capital one, 200 zopa,...

I've done some research and calculations and I have seen that updraft don't usually vote. If that's the case, at the meeting natwest would hold 75.40% of the vote. So only technically need a vote from them for it to go ahead, am I right?

I own a motorbike which is my mean of transport and I use it a my mean of transport. I rent at the moment but also paying something back to the creditors is the least I could do i think . I completely agree -- when I entered my IVA the easier option, at the time, would have been bankruptcy, but I w...
