My annual review was due at the beginning of August & I sent my documents off to DFD in July, I have not heard anything from them yet, but I am in a new better salaried job now, do I pay any extra into my iva or wait til the I & E review has been done.

Yeah i agree Mel, so I not only sent them the updated figures on my original I & E form but a copy of the I & E update I had in April.
How long does it normally take for the review to go through once we have sent the documents in ?

So if over the year our expenses have gone up but not salary, will the IP reduce the monthly payments into an IVA ?

Thanks Melanie, I had an I & E review in April because of a job change with higher salary, so my IVA payments increased & they said at my annual review they would only require P60 & 3 wage slips as my new IVA payments will not be looked at again until next year.

Ive just completed my first year of my IVA & am now waiting to hear from my IVA company, are they supposed to send & ask me for my P60 & wage slips or am I supposed to just send them in, if not how long do IVA companies take to ask for documents on each anniversary

It does sound bizzare i agree Mel cuz surely the companies creditors should get any money that is made through assett selling.
No i worked for MG Rover & yes I did have a pension there too.

When the company went bust some assets that the company owned was sold & put into a trust fund for an eventual distribution to former employees, however due to some legal wrangle this is on hold, but according to our local newspaper eventual payments to former employees could be as much as £5k

The company I worked for a few years ago went bust, now i am hearing all former workers may be recieving about £5k in compensation.
How will this affect my IVA , will i have to hand over the lot to them or just half.
I will be gutted if i had to hand over the lot......

I had to have an I & E update early due to a change in jobs which meant a bigger salary & extra expense for fuel etc. They allowed me the extra fuel costs that I said i needed without any question, plus they gave me extra allowance for food & energy bills. Yeah too right, I mean only on the news last week they was saying that gas & electris may go up 40% this winter, frightening.
