Get in touch with Santander and tell them you are in an IVA and they can do nothing. Make sure that any defaults are are dated back to the start of the IVA.If you have a copy of your IVA agreement then I would send them a copy of it.

Well done on having your full and final agreed. It can take a while until you get your completion through and of course don't forget that your IVA will remain on your record until your full six years is up.
Personally speaking I'd hang on selling the house until you get that piece of paper!

You could ask that the IVA be closed down with payments made to date due to the circumstances, If it fails you will be back to owing the full amount to your creditors but you could set up a payment plan with a different firm and although it will take longer to pay off it should be better for you. You should try and offer as close to the original amount as possible but you can but try to make your offer. Don't forget you will have fees to pay on top and it will take a couple of months to go through.
