Get in touch with Santander and tell them you are in an IVA and they can do nothing. Make sure that any defaults are are dated back to the start of the IVA.If you have a copy of your IVA agreement then I would send them a copy of it.

Well done on having your full and final agreed. It can take a while until you get your completion through and of course don't forget that your IVA will remain on your record until your full six years is up.

Personally speaking I'd hang on selling the house until you get that piece of paper!

Hi,

Lots of people (myself included) have done a full and final offer to finish early.

Can I ask where the money would be coming from?

Hi and welcome, It is 75% by value of the creditors who vote on the day of the meeting and all others are then bound by it. I would say though that this loan is relatively new which might make a difference to the vote. If the answer is no then you could think about a Debt Management plan in the inte...

You could ask that the IVA be closed down with payments made to date due to the circumstances, If it fails you will be back to owing the full amount to your creditors but you could set up a payment plan with a different firm and although it will take longer to pay off it should be better for you. Ca...

You should try and offer as close to the original amount as possible but you can but try to make your offer. Don't forget you will have fees to pay on top and it will take a couple of months to go through.

They wouldn't put it through if they didn't think it would be accepted and I, personally have heard of one being rejected. I think you will be fine.

That is too much for a DRO. I don't know if companies are required to renegotiate. If they have said no then that might be it and, as you have said it's their loss.
