Creditors agree to the extra 12 months payments..so its still going to be hard but I can now start to see a light at the end of the tunnel.[:)]

Country Girl...I know what you mean about worried and was told the same if I couldn't get the equity I would be given another 12 months.I cant see the creditors making me go bankrupt.How unfair would that be to take the money for 5 years and barely live then decide nahh we make you go bankrupt anywa...

Just got a letter of these people Debt collection people after looking on internet..I don't even know what debt it is for..am still in my IVA but in my 5th year..would this be included in it whatever it is there after..or should o just wait till they send more letters and not get in touch with them.??

I have been with Payplan cant fault them at all very helpful...I would recommend them..

Just had 2nd yearly review...did the income/expense bit.send three pay slips and P60..and was told that payments will stay the same at the moment...then send another letter asking that i send wage slips on a quarterly basic....is this normal as i thought you send these yearly with P60....

i havnt got to the equity release part yet in my IVA..i was just wondering oh how payment by someone else would be seen by IP or creditors...as i say i hate to be so near to finish and for IVA to fail....

Hi just wonderin...if i lost my job or something came up which made my payment hard and i couldnt make payment to IVA...can someone else pay for me my monthly payment till i was back in work or able to pay..ie parent.so i wouldnt miss any payments into my IVA...as with today climate i hate to think ...
