One of the other IP's I looked at debt free direct tried to tell me that I would only get an IVA for 40p in a pound.
Someone else then told me that they want the the highest monthly fee as the get a % of it?
Sorry i'm hijacking te5's post but I was interested in the minimum.

Eva,
Something I found very cute by Payplan is the way they manage the modifications. I had 6 acceptence but 3 had mods so they rejected the mods thus rejecting their offers and used the larger offers to get 81% and less modifications.

Hi Eva, I'm paying my first payment on the 25th March by Debit Card then I have 59 payments of £283.00, my letter was the same as yours. I paid a token payment to my creditors as normal as I wasn't in an IVA. When Nick phoned me he asked when I would like to pay and so I said my standard pay day 25t...

Hi Sensible, I've had an email response now; 1) You are correct in your thinking that if you were to receive a large windfall, the maximum you would have to pay is our costs, your creditors full amount of debt plus statutory interest. 2) Your equity proposals were not overridden by an equity modific...

But if you owed 60k originally and house prices go up that 75% of the equity could be worth more so they would rather get 75% or the minimum of 7.5k wouldn't they?
Thanks for everyones help so far.

Hi Ang,
But my case officer has intepreted that to mean any windfall no matter how much goes to the creditors?
Have you questioned this with them?

Hi Sensible77,
Mine is exactly the same but I have this mod:
Any windfall, in excess of £500 recieved by the debtor must be immediately paid over to the Supervisor for the benefit of all creditors.
