I think there should absolute clear guidelines on BR for I & E, househould good etc. as so many OR's seem to work differently and some agree to certain items as where other wont. Wow that suprised me too,it seems to vary so much between OR's around the country. I was the same as skippy never included my camera etc as it seems worthless to recover these items they would not fetch much in an auction.
